Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and well-equipped, showed signs of wear and were in need of renovation. The service was lacking and inconsistent, with reports of understaffed areas. The location, while beautiful, had accessibility issues and lacked some basic amenities like an ice dispenser. The dining options were average, with local fare but nothing outstanding. Overall, the facilities were decent but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, providing ample space for all our gear, and the view from my room was just fine. I especially loved how cozy and relaxing the room was, offering an awesome view of the water, boats, and sailboats. The only downside was the lack of an ice dispenser in our building block and no phone connection, but overall, a fantastic experience.
Staying at the hotel was an amazing experience. The rooms were elegant in a beachy way with big bedrooms, nice big bathrooms, cozy fireplace, a balcony for bedrooms and living room, huge modern kitchens, and an absolutely stunning view. Despite being a little further than the Spa/Restaurant than I expected, the rooms are quite large and very comfortable, offering the relaxing sound of the water fall nearby.
Although the rooms were in need of maintenance and somewhat outdated, the hotel offered a unique layout with multiple connecting rooms. The service was exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff available. The location was ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, being close to Moran State Park. The dining options, while not outstanding, were generally satisfactory. The facilities were well-kept and offer some essential amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms offered a fantastic view and were spacious, but they could use a little updating with plain décor and mostly bare walls. The service was top-notch with a friendly and efficient staff, although the lack of certain amenities like shops and phone connectivity in our building block was inconvenient. The location, while close to the village in East Sound, had ups and downs such as beautiful views yet it required going back and forth in public spaces. The dining experience was a highlight with delicious local fare, but some facilities were not as well-maintained as expected. Overall, the hotel provided a good value for the money with a few shortcomings to consider.
Staying at the hotel was beyond excellent with a stunning view from our comfortable and quiet room, despite being a bit far from the restaurant and amenities where driving was necessary. The staff was wonderfully accommodating and friendly, promptly taking care of any issues that arose.
